Tunes. Beats. Awesome. (TBA) is one of University of Toronto’s award-winning a cappella groups. With a repertoire that spans across various genres including pop, rock, R&B, and jazz, TBA continues to push the boundaries of a cappella music.

Beyond our musical abilities, TBA is a tight-knit community of individuals who share a passion for music. From the countless hours spent rehearsing harmonies to the unforgettable moments shared on stage, the friendship among our group members is evident, even adding an extra layer of magic to our performances.

The Sopranos

TBA’s Sopranos are known for their angelic and captivating voices. The Altos

The Altos of TBA bring a distinct and powerful presence to the musical ensemble with their sultry tones. Whether it’s a heartfelt ballad or an upbeat performance, the Altos add depth and emotion to every song they sing. However, it’s not just their vocal prowess that makes them special. With their warm and welcoming personalities, the Altos also bring a sense of joy and camaraderie to the team. TBA’s Tenors deliver nothing but sweet, pure tones and magnetic performances. By ensuring that TBA’s harmonies are not only pitch-perfect but also filled with genuine emotion and connection, our Tenors ensure that every performance is an intimate and unforgettable experience for everyone.

The Baritones, Bass, and VP

The Baritones, Bass, and VP of TBA are an incredibly talented group of musicians. Each member brings a unique flavor to TBA’s sound. The baritones, with their velvety smooth tones, are essential in making each TBA performance captivating. Our Bass effortlessly anchors TBA’s sound, providing a solid foundation for our intricate vocal arrangements. And let’s not forget our Vocal Percussionist, whose percussive talents add an extra layer of energy and excitement to all our performances.
